Where the Boys Are
A work for a younger audience (+13), Where the Boys Are is a playful exploration of the crossover between dance and martial arts. Yotam Peled’s duet examines and reconstructs the vocabulary of different fighting practices, whilst the two performers transform the arena into a zone of sensitive and intimate action, exposing different perspectives on relationships between young men.

She carries within her the power to speak and also to revolt, which gives the work its strength, its political impact and its sense of urgency.
This solo is the second part of a trilogy beginning with “Sorry, But I Feel Slightly Disidentified…” for Cherish Menzo, and “The Blue Hour” for Théo Aucremanne.
