Meet the Artists Encounter participants at Spring Forward 2025
14 January 2025Ten artists based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto (Italy) or Slovenia, selected through an open call, will attend a workshop in collaborating internationally and then follow the Spring Forward Festival programme.

This will be the fifth edition of Artists Encounter, a programme addressed to dance makers interested in developing and/or expanding their connections with international artists and presenters.

They will attend a professional development workshop focusing on working in an international context and artistic career development led by Anikó RÁCZ, artistic director of SÍN Arts Center Hungary, with the collaboration of Markéta Perroud, a dance professional and an expert in artistic European projects. The Artists Encounter participants will also have free access to the 22 performances of the Spring Forward Festival 2025 and attend events, talks and receptions throughout, in Gorizia and Nova Gorica (IT/SI).
