Since 2025, we organise the Podcast Academy designed to master a valuable tool for dance and performance promotion. Mentored by Dany Mitzman, it consists of online sessions and in-person practice at Aerowaves Spring Forward festival.
Presented and produced by Dany Mitzman, in this space we learn about contemporary dance across Europe, but we also discuss wider topics around art and life while demystifying the choreographic world. In this channel we also include episodes by other podcasters and journalists.

We are looking for 5 participants, based in Europe, to be mentored in the fundamentals of podcasting within the action-packed environment of the annual Spring Forward festival.
In 2025, Aerowaves launched The Podcast Academy. It consisted of online sessions in February/March 2025 and in-person practice at Aerowaves’ Spring Forward festival, 24 – 26 April 2025, in Gorizia and Nova Gorica (IT/SI). They were mentored by Dany Mitzman and also receives extra technical and technological guidance from BBC sound engineer Rohan Madison.
