What does “dancing to music” really mean? And how do you create music for dance? In their duet, choreographer Ingrid Berger Myhre and composer Lasse Passage playfully examine the relationships between dance and music using scores to prioritise structure over skill, method over indulgence. The title of their duet alludes to the contrast between the wet and the dry; on one hand, panflutes are playful and passionate; on the other hand, paperwork refers to notation and implies bureaucracy.

The tensions between these states echo with the overused conventions of the well-known choreographer-composer constellation. With both tools at hand, panflutes and paperwork, Ingrid Berger Myhre and Lasse Passage devise amusing games that rearrange their rules.
