Cécile Da Costa is an artist in the field of physical theatre and choreography based in Prague. In her work she looks for ‘voices that can move the body and bodies that can move the voice’.
As a performer she has been a member of Farm in the Cave theatre, and she performs and choreographs for Spitfire Company.

Cécile Da Costa combines her work as a performer with teaching physical theatre workshops in the Czech Republic, France, Poland and Greece. She was named the Dancer of the Year in 2018 in the Czech Republic and received a nomination from the Total Physical Theatre Awards at Edinburgh Fringe festival 2017 for her performance in the solo ,The Narrator, directed by Petr Boháč. Roselyne is her first authored piece.
